What We Think About The Last Tea Party

Our group thinks that the Greenwich Tea Burning was a very important event in New Jersey and in the colonies that helped the United States become what it is now. This event showed that no matter who someone is or where they come from, they should have a say in what they believe in. This important event in history is not very well known, and falls in popularity to the Boston Tea Party. However, the Greenwich Tea Burning was just as important as the Boston Tea Party, and to those that lived in New Jersey at that time, it was probably more important. It is also important because it is fairly close to Philadelphia, which was the main site during the Revolution.
